DELEGATION TO PRIMEMINISTER
On 2067/3/11 at 12: 35 pm,17 member committee, under the leadership of Mekh Raj(Dhiren) Sustocha Bahing, submitted a delegation letter to Prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal at his office,Singhadurbar, Kathmandu Nepal. regarding the unique identification of Bahing people. In the reaction, Prime minister said that the discussion will be held among the unlisted groups and the conclusion will be brought out. Even though the committee was trying to meet with the Prime minister since last 1 & half month,due to the anti- agent it was not possible to meet with him earlier. It also stated the dissatisfaction that Dr. Om Gurung did not recommend this group for Identification even though it fulfills all the criteria of being an aborigine indigenous peoples.
